How can we help?

Apple and Google handle billing, so you cancel in your store account:

• iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or open your Apple subscriptions
• Android: Google Play → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, or open your Google Play subscriptions

Deleting the app or your account does not cancel a subscription. After you cancel, Nuvela Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for.

Apple and Google process every payment, so refunds go through them: reportaproblem.apple.com for the App Store, or Google Play’s refund page.

Sign in with the same account, then tap Restore purchases. It is on the paywall and in the app under You → Subscription.

New accounts get 7 days of full access. No payment details are needed, and nothing is charged automatically when the week ends. The free week is once per phone: a new account on a phone that already had one starts without it. After that, a Nuvela Pro subscription, monthly or yearly, keeps your training going. See section 5 of the Terms.

In the app: You → Account and data → Delete account. Without the app, see Delete your account.

You can edit most of your answers in the app. For a copy of your data, go to You → Account and data → Download my data. For any other privacy request, email support@gonuvela.com from the address on your account. Our Privacy Policy explains your rights.

No. Nuvela is a general fitness app, not a medical device. Talk to a doctor before you start a new exercise program, and stop if something hurts.
